We regret that, because of the nature of downloadable resources, and in line with other manufacturers and distributors of digital media, customers are not entitled to refunds. We have made available for you to download the contents list and a number of sample pages for each resource to enable you to check that the resource is suitable for your learners. However, refunds may occasionally be offered at the discretion of MLG Publishing, where insoluble technical or other problems inherent in MLG's products can be proved to prevent use of the materials as intended. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm but note 'Exceptions' paragraph 13d.
