Purchasing E-books and other Downloadables

What is an e-book?

An e-book (electronic book) is a book you can download and read or print directly from your computer. These e-books are PDF files, which means you need Acrobat Reader to read them. The sample pages are PDF files: if you can view them, then Acrobat Reader is already installed on your computer. Click here for further information about downloding.

To purchase, browse the resources, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. You can download your purchase by clicking a link immediately after you have paid, or by clicking the link in the confirmation email that you will receive from us. In either case YOU MUST DOWNLOAD WITHIN 48 HOURS OF PURCHASE.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Privacy Policy

MLG Publishing do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

We regret that, because of the nature of downloadable resources, we are unable to accept returns. We have made available for you to download the contents list and a number of sample pages for each resource to enable you to check that the resource is suitable for your learners.
